Ailse MacFarlane, Managing Director

Ailse was educated at University College Dublin where she achieved a Bachelor of Commerce degree, studying strategy, international marketing, finance, human resource management, business law and economics and a diploma in direct marketing.

Initially working in London for the Prudential Bank, Ailse was part of the launch team for Egg Bank, the first internet bank in the UK launched in 1998. She subsequently worked at Egg for 6 years across different product areas including managing the development and launch of Egg Investments, the 1st online UK investment fund supermarket. Her career then progressed and prospered by relocating to Spain where she worked in several real estate companies with a specific focus on internet marketing and search engine optimisation.

Ailse brings a wealth of experience to the Landcorp team and plays a key role in expanding the company into international markets as well as consolidating its presence in the key European markets.


Juan Barrero, Financial Director

Juan graduated from the University of Seville with a Masters degree in Economics and Business Administration. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, UK CIMA part-qualified and a member of the Spanish Chartered Accountants Association.

Juan has more than 13 years experience within Finance and Accounting working across a broad range of industry sectors including construction, pharmaceutical, banking and real estate.

He also has extensive international experience working for Lastminute.com and Diageo (formerly Guiness/United Distillers).

At Landcorp International, Juan oversees Finance Team and focuses on management accountancy, reporting, multi currency budgeting and cash flow forecasting.

William Ng Kin Min, Business Development Director

William Ng Kin Min is the Business Development Director of the Landcorp International team. William is a member of the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (FPAM) and holds both the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Islamic Financial Planner qualifications.

William has a Masters Degree in Science from the University Putra Malaysia and is also a professional member of the Australian National Institute of Accountants. He also served as a Council member of the NIA Malaysian Branch from 2006 to 2008.

William has over 30 years of experience in investment banking, financial planning and wealth management.


Michaela Lettenbauer, Business Relationship Manager

Michaela joined the Landcorp Business Development team in 2008.

During her career she has covered a wide variety of roles in various companies to include Executive Assistant, Completions Manager and Office and Project Manager. She has a broad experience in the real estate market and has worked across Europe for leading property developers for the past 10 years. In her role at her last company she attended numerous property exhibitions, achieved Salesperson of the month on more than one occasion and built a comprehensive portfolio of private investors.  

Michaela speaks fluent German and English and also has a degree in Psychology. At Landcorp, she is responsible for building relationships and training our worldwide network of partners.


Andie Morgan, Sales Manager

Andie is responsible for the day to day running of the Landcorp International sales team.

She has over 10 years experience in sales and communications. Her career started working for Railtrack plc in the UK and from there she spent 5 years working for leading investment banks such as ABN Amro, Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs in London

She relocated to Spain in 2002 where she was responsible for managing sales and investment teams in several different real estate companies including La Perla International Living.

Andie has also worked as Telesales Manager at British Telecom and has recruited and managed large teams of telesales and field sales agents.


Alex George, Sales Manager, Real Estate

Alex has more than 25 years experience in Sales and has worked extensively in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. For the past 12 years he has managed telemarketing and field sales teams in a range of industry sectors including publishing, sales promotion, real estate and an international banking rewards program.

Believing strongly in the benefit of building long term relationships with clients, Alex heads up the Real Estate sales team and ensures that the Landcorp approach is consultative and informative.
