What makes us different from other companies who offer land for sale?

Landcorp International is different from other companies for two main reasons:

  • We do not introduce greenbelt land. We only introduce land that has very high potential to have planning permission granted.
  • We only introduce investors to developments where the majority of the land is retained by the Development Company and where only a limited number of individual investors are invited to participate.

Who will develop the land?

The Development Companies will develop the land.

What profit should I expect to make from the land?

The profit you can expect to make will be dependent on the initial price paid for the land and will be realised upon the resale of individual building plots with planning permission.

Can I sell my land to someone else?

Yes you can sell your land at any time to a 3rd party of your choice.

How secure is my land investment?

Firstly, a completely independent UK-based Trustee Company will act on your behalf as Escrow Agent in the acquisition of the land and oversee all aspects of your participation.

Your money will be held in a separate bank account named an Escrow Account managed by the Escrow Agent. Under English Law, the money in an "Escrow Account" is protected and legally acknowledged that the funds belong to clients and not to the company managing it.

Your funds are also protected from creditors and would be returned to you without claim in the event the company managing the funds went into liquidation.

Your investment is secured by a title deed within the development and the liability of this opportunity is limited to the funds you invest.

What about SIPPs?

For UK buyers, land purchases qualify for investment in a SIPP which carries significant tax benefits.
