THE FOUNDATION FOR GETTING ANY PLANNED DEVELOPMENT APPROVED IS THE ZONING OF THE LAND. THIS IDENTIFIES THE USAGE OF THE LAND AND WHAT CAN AND CANNOT BE DEVELOPED ON IT.

The following is a general guide to the steps that must be taken in the Rezoning Process. Please note that this guide is approximate and exact details will vary from country to country.


STEP 1 - Conduct extensive research to find the right piece of land with development potential

STEP 2 - Prepare and Present the Conceptual Master Plan for Rezoning to Local Authority

STEP 3 - Submit Infrastructure Plans to Local Authority for approval

Note: It is important to stress that from Step 2 onwards, a positive response from the Local Authority is required to advance the project. If a negative response is received, the Development Company will modify the Plans and represent them again in order to secure the desired positive response.
