PREPARATION AND PRESENTATION OF CONCEPTUAL MASTER PLAN FOR APPROVAL TO LOCAL AUTHORITIES

Timescale: end 2008 (Underway)

Step 3:

ADJUSTING OF MASTER PLAN AND NEGOTIATION OF DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT. DETAILED PLANNING FOR INFRASTRUCTURE, ARCHITECTURE AND TECHNICAL ELEMENTS

Timescale: 2009

Step 4:

FINAL APPROVALS AND COMMENCEMENT OF SUBDIVIDISION INTO SMALLER BUILDING PLOTS

Timescale: 2010

Step 5:

INVESTOR EXIT POINT: SELLING BUILDING PLOTS TO THE RETAIL MARKET

Timescale: Q2, 2010 or soon afterwards
