This competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over, except employees of Landcorp International, their agents and their families, and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion. No purchase is necessary to enter. The closing date for the Prize Draw is 28 February 2009. The winner will be chosen randomly from the registered participants on 2 March 2009 and notified via email or by telephone. The prize will be a quarter acre of land in Forest Lakes Country Club near Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. The winner will be awarded the land utilizing the same ownership structure as other buyers and enjoy the same ownership rights under the standard terms and conditions. Entries that are incomplete, defaced or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in transmission.
