Who is the Development Company?
The development company behind Ecocity Brasil stand out in terms of quality and knowledge. Grupo JR is a major Brazilian development company with extensive projects and experience in Brazil.

Grupo JR specializes in land management and urban planning, with a deep knowledge and experience of the Brazilian urban planning laws and administration, taking projects from scratch to conceptual design, land acquisition and dealing with the main issues of project management - planning proposals, approvals, early-stage development, construction and selling, offering investors the option to participate in the initial stages of a project.
At present GRUPO JR is involved in architectural and urban development planning in the areas of ecotourism, mining and agriculture in the states of Sao Paolo, Minas Gerais, Ceará, Piauí y Maranhão.
