Independent UK Licensed Trustee Company
To ensure your investment security, independent UK licensed trustee companies provide escrow protection by acting on your behalf as Escrow Agent in the acquisition of the land. The Escrow Agent is a neutral, third-party to transactions that will secure the land and hold funds whilst all documents relating to the terms of sale have been examined. Once the terms of sale are deemed to have been met, the agent will disburse the land and funds accordingly.
The investments introduced by Landcorp International are secured by a title deed.
The investor’s liability is limited to the funds invested. The land itself is a tangible asset.
Land and Development Security
For every project, the developer is responsible for progressing the development of the project and holds the majority financial interest giving them a vested interest in the success of the project.
The developer of each investment opportunity is fully responsible for advancing the planning permission process. Real estate developments we introduce are either zoned to permit development with a clear path to achieving planning permission, or have already obtained planning permission. For each opportunity that we introduce, the developer retains a majority financial interest in the land so it is in his interest to remain fully committed to the project throughout the entire process.

Multiple Exit Options
All investments offer multiple exit options. This provides the investor with flexibility and control of their own investment, to decide when to cash in or progress forward. The investment is transferable at any time with planning permission triggering the investors exit point.
