At Landcorp International, we understand that the security of your investment is paramount. All investments carry a certain amount of risk and to that end there are a number of important investment safeguards with every investment opportunity that we introduce. These include the following:
Independent UK Licensed Trustee Company – Citadel Trustees
To ensure your investment security, Citadel Trustees, an independent UK licensed trustee company, will provide escrow protection by acting on your behalf as Escrow Agent in the acquisition of the land. The Escrow Agent is a neutral, third-party to transactions that will secure the land and hold funds whilst all documents relating to the terms of sale have been examined. Once the terms of sale are deemed to have been met, the agent will disburse the land and funds accordingly.
Title Deed
The land investments in Brazil and Canada introduced by Landcorp International are secured by a title deed within each development.
Investor Liability
For the investment land in Canada and Brazil that Landcorp International introduces, the investor’s liability is limited to the funds invested. The land itself is a tangible asset..
Title Insurance
For the Canada investment opportunity title insurance is included. In the event anything should defect, cloud or encumber the title, this insurance will cover the fully insured value of the investment. The insurance is provided by Chicago Title Insurance Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fidelity National Finance, who is a Fortune 500 company.
Land and Development Security
For every project, the land is owned 100% and the development project managed by the development company.
Planning Permissions
The developer of each investment opportunity is fully responsible for advancing the planning permission process. In both cases, the land is zoned to permit development and has a clear path to achieving planning permission. For each opportunity that we introduce, the Developer retains a majority portion of the land so it is in his interest to remain fully committed to the project throughout the entire process.

Multiple Exit Options
All investments offer multiple exit options. This provides the investor with flexibility and control of your own investment, so you can decide when to cash in or progress forward. The investment is transferable at any time with planning permission triggering the investors exit point.
