All land investments are already zoned for development

Landcorp International only introduces land that is already zoned for development with a clear development pathway, where planning permission approval is highly likely and where investors have multiple exit options.

We don’t introduce investors to greenbelt, agricultural or protected land

All land that we introduce has a foreseeable path to development, lowering the risk and shortening the time between investment and return. Greenbelt, agricultural or protected land is pure long-term speculation and has been zoned as such for a reason.

We only introduce investors to developments where a large interest in the land is retained by the developer

Landcorp International exercises great care before introducing any new investments and as a rule we only introduce investors to developments where a majority interest in the land is retained. This ensures the developer has a vested interest in the land and is therefore committed to its long-term development success.

All land investments we market are tax efficient and qualify for SIPP and QROPS products

All land is fully recorded with the relevant land registry

All investment land is registered with the local authority and is secured by full title deeds within the development, held by the development company.
