Forest Lakes Country Club is a pre-development land investment opportunity for a luxury lifestyle resort. The site is currently undeveloped. The land was rezoned in June 2008 for ‘Resort Development’ and the Conceptual Master Plan was successfully submitted in September 2009. Approval of the Development Agreement i.e. Planning permission was achieved in August 2011.

Modification to the current zoning approved. Land is classified to allow a resort-style development. COMPLETED JUNE 2008

Preparation and presentation of the Conceptual Master Plan to local authorities for approval. COMPLETED SEPTEMBER 2009

Defining Master Plan with detailed infrastructural, architectural and technical elements and negotiating the Development Agreement. COMPLETED 2011

Commencement of land subdivision into building plots.
