Ecocity Brasil is a pre-development Brazil land investment opportunity where the site is currently undeveloped. The Conceptual Master Plan has been successfully submitted. The Detailed Master Plan is being submitted with full planning permission expected in 2012 or soon after. The local government has already signed agreements to develop the infrastructure and related services (roads, electricity, voice/data networks, water etc.) for the project.

The Detailed Master Plan proposes a luxury resort development offering a variety of building plot sizes for detached, semi-detached and multi-unit residential housing, hotels, commercial units and a wide range of recreational facilities including an 18-hole golf course and driving range.

Planning permission for each of the separate developments within Ecoland Brasil will be sought and granted on an individual basis within the guidelines of the Conceptual Master Plan.

Below is a step-by-step guide to the development process; the stages required to rezone land and achieve approved planning permission to develop Ecocity Brasil.

Step 1:

Conceptual Master Plan for the overall development of Ecocity Brasil submitted to and approved by local authorities. COMPLETED JANUARY 2008

Step 2:

Submission of the Detailed Master Plan for Ecoland Brasil’s Development with detailed infrastructural, architectural and technical elements. ESTIMATED 2011 or soon afterwards

Step 3:

Final planning permission approval and commencement of land subdivision into building plots. ESTIMATED 2012 or soon after

Step 4:

Sale of building plots to the retail market. ESTIMATED 2012 or soon after
